About Cathey...
Cathey Paine is passionately committed to working with Agribusiness owners and their families throughout California. Her goal is to establish a lasting relationship with these clients and provide them with a sense of security for their future. For 20 years, Cathey has been focused on assisting her clients to accumulate, preserve, and protect wealth for themselves, their children, and future generations. She employs a client-centric approach to addressing the estate and succession issues that face Agribusiness owners today to create a comprehensive plan of action to help towards meeting their individual goals and objectives. Cathey’s goal is to establish a lasting relationship with her clients and provide them with a sense of security for their future.
In addition to serving Agribusiness owners in her personal practice, Cathey has been a frequent lecturer in Southern California on the topics of wealth preservation, tax efficient investing and the unique challenges of long-term care needs. Cathey, an avid sailboat racer, served on the Board of Directors for Anacapa Yacht Club for four years and is an active member in her community’s South Bank Community Council. Her inclination to help others caused her to visit villages in Africa, contributing books and athletic equipment to the village schools. She currently works with land mine victims and the bereft children of Cambodia. Cathey served on the Board of Directors of the Cambodian Children’s Funds for five years and sponsors three children, Hoeum, Horn and Meas Saras.
