• Over 30 years of experience serving agricultural businesses owners and multi-generational farming operations.
• We support successful business owners, and their families who have dedicated their lives to their agricultural operations. Most are looking for ways to protect and maintain what they have built and hope to pass on a legacy to the next generation. We create strategies to help solve these complex problems and provide solutions to achieve our client’s goals.
• Mike is a 4th generation San Franciscan whose family has worked over 100 years supporting agricultural. Mike is a graduate of University of California Santa Cruz with a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial psychology and business management. Mike has shared his practice with his wife Gwyn for the past 16 years. Their work has helped multi-generational families throughout California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, New York, Florida and New England. Mike and Gwyn live in Pacifica, CA. Mike is an avid outdoorsman; enjoys bow-hunting, scuba diving and fly fishing. Gwyn is an artist and UCCE Master Gardener specializing in urban family farms. The McCormacks spend their family vacation time with their three grown sons Ryan, Connor and Evan.
